At Brier, Nubis saw the opportunity to transform a single residential lot into a thoughtfully designed collection of homes. What began as a three-bedroom, two-bathroom residence with a detached unit was reimagined into a dynamic multi-residence property. Today, Brier stands as a prime example of how strategic development can unlock both livability and investment value across a single parcel.
Remodel & Revive
The original 1,702-square-foot home underwent a complete renovation, bringing modern functionality and renewed character to the existing three-bedroom, two-bathroom layout.
Two New Residences
To fully realize the lot’s potential, two additional single-family homes were constructed:
- A two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home spanning 1,100 square feet, offering a refined balance of space and privacy.

Strategic Sales
Each home was positioned for individual sale, appealing to a range of buyers and maximizing return: primary residence sold for $1.270 million, secondary Residence sold for $1.067 million and third residence sold for $670,000.
